A. You can pay with cash at a 7-Eleven, Family Dollar, or ACE Cash Express using PayNearMe. Go to Paynearme.com/Stonewood to get your payment code. You can also login directly through our insured website, call our customer service number at 800-396-1485, or send in your payment to our address which you can find here.

Q. Why do I have to go to my producer to make a change?

A. Stonewood Insurance Services is a servicing agency for policy maintenance. Your producer is licensed to produce quotes and process changes upon your request.

Q. Do I have to be a policy holder to get Mexico Insurance, Dental Plans, and Pet Insurance?

A. No! Anyone is welcome to sign up with our other programs regardless if you're a current policy holder or not. You do need to be a policy holder to have Roadside Assistance.

Q. How do I become a policy holder?
